Company Profile
ICTC Group has gone from strength to strength since the start of diversification activities in 1991. The Group is focused on five business sectors: Services, Engineering & Construction, Energy, Consumer Products, and Information and Communication Services.
The Group is now one of the largest business houses in Nepal with interests in diverse economic sectors. Our continued group expansion activities prove our capabilities and our continued thirst for a greater role in our country.

Our Journey
1975
Inter Continental Trading Concern (ICTC) was formally established by its Founder and Honorary Chairman Emeritus, Sri Ram Lal Shrestha.
1991
Initiation of major diversification activities, expanding the Group into core business sectors, and achieving status as a leading business house.
1997
Major venture into high-end hospitality with the establishment of "Hyatt Regency Kathmandu", a five-star luxury resort.
2007
Entry into the core energy sector with the incorporation of "ICTC Power Pvt. Ltd." to focus on private sector hydropower development.
2020
Establishment of the "ICTC Ram Rukmani Charitable Trust (IRRT)" to support the underprivileged, focusing on education, healthcare, and sanitation.
2025
Celebrating its "Golden Jubilee (50 Years in Business)", the Group commits to continued growth and consolidation of core sectors critical to Nepal's economy.
